Oscar is a free apnea information reporting program that you can use to post wonderful charts that contain loads of useful information about each night's sleep.  At the top of every page, there is a link that leads you to Oscar information that explains how to download Oscar and how to download the information from your computer screen to this website.  Most of us use and love it.  Your pap machine needs to be compatible with Oscar and needs to have an SD slot or a spot where an adapter for an SD card can go.  Some machines come with an SD card, but others don't.  You can buy SD cards at lots of stores, and you need one that is from 2-32GB.  Everywhere I looked had nothing below 32BG anyway.  You don't want one that has more than 32GB.  I hope this helps.

Thank you. I’m still learning and not sure if my sleep issues are standard sleep apnea, UARS, or some other neurological sleep disordered breathing. I’m just looking for help to get some “quality” sleep and all data from my machine is pointing toward breathing issues(pulmonologist and cardiologist have done full work up btw, and lungs and heart all check out). My quality of life is very poor right now and having really bad thoughts after 4 months of this, so any and all help would be appreciated. I have SleepHQ and Oscar data for anyone who wants it that they think can help me. Appreciate any and all insights.
