RE: Low AHI vs. low Flow Limitation
Flow limitation continues to be prominent in your results. It would probably take bilevel pressure to resolve. Results are slightly improved or comparable to your original results at fixed pressure 7, EPR 1, except tidal volume is improved. Inspiration ratio remains 1.23 to one, and we would ideally like to see between 0.5 and 1.0 to one. You have low AHI, so your pressure and settings may be optimized for CPAP. Without more information on what the source of the flow limitation might be, I'm at a loss for additional suggestions.

Change trigger sensitivity to high or very high to reduce the centrals. No other changes needed.

RE: Low AHI vs. low Flow Limitation
Hi again...just to followup on your suggestion to increase trigger to very high...
Changes made: Trigger-very high TiMax-From 2.8-2.6 Lowered PS to 4.0 cannot figure out which change was most signifcant....It appears to me that the pressure settings are more like a fixed bilevel than auto..Is that correct? If these settings are ok...should I gradually begin to increase PS to reduce Flow limitations gradually .2 at a time? Thanx again for your valuable insights and suggestions

RE: Low AHI vs. low Flow Limitation
Yes, if you want pressure to vary you will need to increase the max IPAP pressure. EPAP 8 plus 4.0 PS equals 12, so pressure is currently fixed. I think it would be fine to increase IPAP max to 14.0 and that might help with the remaining hypopnea. This looks a lot better.
