No water chamber
In Mexico, and just realized I switched tank lids and forgot the seal in the upper lid.
Airsense 10 model
Can it work without the chamber ? Someone said just turn off the humidity, but I did that and still doesn't work. No one answered at the resmed 800 #
Or. Any idea where to buy in Mexico. Some places ship here, but will take too long
PM me if you know where to buy please...
May try to Macgyver the upper chamber by sealing the tunnels. Comments?

RE: No water chamber
was as able to rig the upper lid with a corner of a ziploc bag and some electrical tape. Should last til I get home....

RE: No water chamber
Have you contacted the supplier that provided your machine and supplies? I guess you must have tossed out the old seal. It drives my wife crazy but it is my habit (and always has been) to hang on to the most recent item taken out of service as backup. Over the years that habit has gotten me out of a few tight places, stories too long to tell here.

If you can find a way to seal a rigid cover over the right side of the machine, the airflow will work without humidification. Resmed makes a cover for the machine, but in a jam, you could probably use a piece of cardboard or plastic, and duct tape it over the end. It will work until you get a replacement humidity chamber. Do an internet search for "resmed airsense 10 side cover". The ones manufactured for this purpose actually seal to the blower outlet and hose outlet seals to form a closed loop. A leak tight cover won't provide as good of a result, but I suspect you can make it work.
