Zoom in on the individual events and see how severe the individual events are. How long they are and how completely you stop breathing matters.

It's not pretty. The majority of the events are over 14sec.

I wonder if i rolled on my back?. I'll try something really nasty in my backpack tonight.

14 is not really that bad. They don't even count them at all if they're under 10.

Sit quietly for a while. Breathe regularly. Take a reasonably normal inhale and hold it for 14 seconds.
