Resscan Software
Hi to all.
I'm new to the forum and I'm having some issues with Resscan software. Previously have used version 3.07 on Windows XP no problems. I've tried it on Windows 7 and it comes up but doesn't pickup the connection for download.
Today I've downloaded version 5.5 and it loads okay but it too doesn't recognise the connection. This is on my new Dell Precision laptop and everything else works okay so it's not the machine.
My question is firstly is Resscan 5.5 compatiable with an S8 Autoscore 2? Should I be using a different version or is there a driver or patch to use? I am connecting with a ResMed S8 USB Adapter.
I would appreciate any advise or help anyone can provide.
