Tongue Suck Technique for prevention of mouth breathing:
  • Place your tongue behind your front teeth on the roof of your mouth
  • let your tongue fill the space between the upper molars
  • gently suck to form a light vacuum

Practising during the day can help you to keep it at night

I've used it in both modes, haven't noticed any difference in AHI, but I found myself waking up less/sleeping better using the For Her mode.
I assume pressure settings, humidity, EPR, Ramp are the same in both modes and number days used in each mode
Was there any difference in 95th percentile pressure?

I was on Auto with the same pressure settings. The For Her Mode ran lower Max pressure, 95th Percentile pressure, and average pressure.

I didn't use the normal auto mode as many days as the For Her. There was a sufficient difference between the two that I didn't need to continue the trial.

But the AHIs were virtually identical (0.47 For Her to 0.50 straight auto).

The primary reason I purchased the For Her model was for potentially better resale value.

Plus looks prettier...

I call mine Delores.

This is an old, old thread Frieda, but I love that you have a name for yours.  I hadn't thought what to name mine. I'm just glad it's not black (I can't see very well and black appliances are the worst).  I have two For Her models.  Yep, got a good deal on one for a backup!

Thanks for the reply. Getting used to the board and didn't notice I was dredging up something so old. And here I thought I was so clever, lol.

fyi, Delores is a nod to the sexy robot in Westworld.
