flow limit explanation

flow limit explanation
In Oscar, I have a general understanding of mask pressure (good if it doesn't max out), flow rate (nice if it's a steady and black), events (the fewer the marks the better.

But what is the significance of Flow Limit? What can I learn from it, or what is a good sign I should look for with it?

Thanks

RE: flow limit explanation
There's a wiki page with details (see below), but to bottomline it, it indicates breathing restrictions, which can lead to various events, and so on an auto machine are a key variable for the algorithms that adjust pressure.

Thanks...
This is a simplistic understanding... but the lower the graph the better... and increasing EPR might help 'make it lower'

Yes, that's the basics.
