I totally understand. This equipment is very expensive and insurance is so fickle in their ways. Perhaps await the compliance period and then explore the menus.

Hi - the purpose of downloading Oscar is to use the SD card in your machine to be able to understand what is happening and for your learned friends here to be able so see the scale and type of apnea you have and therefore to be able to offer settings advice.

Suggest you do as suggested already and post a night or two's data

Post your daily charts, see my signature.
Almost at a glance we can tell if you are doing well or not. We can and Lilly will make suggestions for your treatment which is likely to include recommendations for setting changes. Your choice is to either make them or talk to your doctor about making them. Either way the key is in the charts
