RE: Reading Oscar Charts (newbie)
Hi ECM5
In my opinion your latest chart is not looking too bad, 8 1/2 hours of sleep in one session, can't complain about that!
Yes, keep the ramp off, most of us do.
Keep the settings the same for now, we really only want to make one change at a time and stick with it for a week.
You might want to keep a record of how you feel in the morning, you are in the comfort range now.
Yes you can see that when your pressures drop down to 7 again, that there are a few OSA at that pressure, but if they are of short duration and not interfering with your sleep that would be fine. Only you can decide if that's good enough for you.
Your CA will settle down over time as your brain adjusts.
And yes mask selection is a big issue for many of us: many folk tend to swap from mask to mask.
Your leaks are not that bad, they should settle down once you find the mask most acceptable to you, and I must say your Flow Limits look great.
At the end of the day the goal is acceptable low AHI, low enough leaks that do not interfere with treatment or disturb your sleep, and most important of restful sleep with no side effects from undertreatment/overtreatment.
