momentous day
Last night was my first night of ZERO events of any sort.
Caveat: I went 4hrs 8min before my nose did a mutiny on me. At 3:45 I took the mask off (resmed P30i) and laid my head back down and slept till 0730. But still. I'm pretty happy about it.

Congrats!
I checked myAir site and I've had a few. Had one in Sept. and one in July. Had a 0.4 in August, and a 0.2 in June.

I do realize though that chasing ZERO's by changing settings when one has a low AHI is not what we should be doing.
But it's emotionally satisfying nice to see the zero anyway.

Only a zero? C'mon man that's the best you got? Post a negative AHI, then we'll talk about nominating you for an award.
Seriously, congrats.

The important thing is how you feel physically the next day. There have been times I've had zeros and still felt pretty lousy the following day. But judging by your upbeat post, it sounds like you feel pretty good. Congratulations!

So I'll take a little tired over Zombie any day.

Super7pilot,
I used to be the alcoholic guy, progressed to drinking and driving daily. Not proud of that time in my life. I felt very much a zero then. How I chose to fix it, I went to Church and got saved. Nothing to drink since. Anyway just a slice of my complex sarcastic life. Gnight Board. I'm tired from the same day surgery on the back. Tune in tomorrow.

I drink, but not much or often. I just like the taste of a good single malt scotch whiskey. But it’s too expensive to drink often. Never smoked either. But do like a cigar or two through the year. |
