The description you state at 13.8 and EPR=3 is what we look for. Stick with that

I agree 13.8 with EPR 3 looks very good, and you might tolerate lower pressure if needed. If there are no comfort issues stay with it. There is some residual flow limitation which would likely respond to bilevel pressure, but your very low AHI and results that tick all the boxes for treatment will likely mean insurance won't fund it.
