pain in lungs (after rolling to the side)

pain in lungs (after rolling to the side)
I've been using APAP for 10+ years.  Recently though, when I roll to my side during the night, my pressure is too high and hurts my lungs (and wakes me up).  I've been turning the machine off so it resets back to my initial pressure of 7 then I'm ok.  Is there any way for the machine to change pressure quicker?  It can get as high as 13 when I'm on my back.  7 or 8 when I'm on my side.

Or is there any other reason for my pain?

Sleep on the right side is better than sleep on the left side.
If you want to reduce the rate of pressure increase, you can switch to the SOFT response.
A high EPR setting can also help to have a lower pressure average.
Lastly, you can lower the maximum pressure allowed, but this can increase the number of events or the flow limit.
