RE: please help my replacement Dreamstation is not working as a BiPAP
Okay, I'm still at a loss. I don't have a machine handy to look at, but perhaps someone else can offer some suggestions. There's probably something simple we're missing here. Might want to give others a chance to respond, it might take a bit of time.
If you ever do figure it out, please come back and let us know how you solved the problem.

RE: please help my replacement Dreamstation is not working as a BiPAP
Thank you for all your help and I’m hoping someone else will have more info! So weird that the older manual showing the “Bi-Level” is the only one out there and there isn’t any info on how to set BiPAP with the therapy set to “CPAP.” At least I know it is the correct machine.

Found this on a previous post:
Quote:Just plug in machine as you would normally.
- Make sure screen is set to "MY INFO". This makes a difference.
- hold down ramp and push in button for TEN SECONDS, not five (or for however long it takes).
Not sure that would make a difference, but it may...

You've stated that both machines are set to Cpap mode.
When you are in the Clinicians Menu, do you see the five options?
If it is already set to Cpap, just scroll down to BiLevel and click on it.
An option for settings should be visible.
