resmed reader graph versus summary question
Hi. I loaded my sdcard info into the resmed software and have a question why something doesn't add up.
The graph that shows my obstructive incidences and my central brain incidences does not add up and average out to the same number as the AHI data number listed in the summary for each. I have spread the graph out so that none of the incidence "boxes" are hiding behind each other to make sure. As well as calculating the exact hours per night correctly. (As an example: slept 7 hours and 15 minutes and the graph shows 25 centrals in that time frame. So I take 25÷7.25 (.25 for a quarter of an hour) and I get 3.45. However the summary says 2.20.) On the ones I checked, the graph consistently shows more than the summary average. Could it be when they are in a close cluster that the machine counts 2 or 3 as just 1, even though the graph shows each incidence and time for each separately?
I am not very good at describing this, but hopefully somone else has had this experience.
Thanks. This board has been a great help to me!
