It would be much easier if you could get your graphs on just one page to simplify analysis.

RE: OSCAR help
If the collar is not helping , then this link may be the explanation..the impact of supine positional apnea (video) on your sleep!
Also see diagram below of tongue falling back and blocking airway. So, best to stay off your back. Did your sleep study show most of AHI was supine ?

RE: OSCAR help
What you posted is a Titration Study, which was a follow-up to your Sleep Study. If you have it, would you please post your Sleep Study? If you don't have it, ask your nurse practitioner for a copy. By law, she has to provide it if you ask for it.

RE: OSCAR help
You are right, there is nothing mentioned at all, no detailed data, just reference to a previous report of an AHI of 47.6 This level of AHI would be normally classified as "severe"
This previous report would have detail showing how this 47.6 was made up, together with the ODI, (oxygen desaturation Index). The report you have posted is marked "polysomnography report" , but then notes "CPAP titration study", I guess under conditions using the CPAP. The text basically indicates all is normal, suggesting an initial CPAP range from 9 to 13 cm. It would be perhaps useful to view the detailed graphs of the recent titration study, to see if clusters appeared for that particular night, (as they are present in your current graphs) , together with the AHI breakdown by sleep position. Doctors usually consider an AHI of less than 5 as normal. I suspect they may ignore positional apnea clusters, although these can cause considerable sleep disturbance.

RE: OSCAR help
Who would I get that information from? PCP ordered sleep study, was done at a local hospital, and read by my pulmonologist. And I'm not finding any detailed information on any of their patient portals. I don't mind asking any of them for information, but I'm not sure which one. This is why I came to Redditt and here to find answers. I did home sleep study which led to hospital sleep study and then the next thing I know I'm getting called to come pick up CPAP. Neither PCP or pulmonologist has scheduled a follow up, but I know pulmonologist is the one who read it because I'm being charged $500 by them for reading and another $1000 to hospital for visit. I am very frustrated that I have just been thrown into the wild without any help or feedback.

RE: OSCAR help
Deborah mentioned asking your nurse practitioner for a copy of the sleep study.
I went down to my local hospital where I had the sleep study done to the medical records/billing dept. I asked them for a copy of my sleep study and they gave it to me in about 5 to 10 minutes. According to HIIPA, they should give you a copy if you ask for one.
