- Somewhere around 4-6 a.m. most days, I wake up because I can't breathe. It's the opposite problem of pre-treatment--I have too much air. It feels like I'm drowning. So I end up turning off the machine and turning it back on to reset the pressure. My current pressure range is 5.0-20.0 and I haven't fiddled with the settings since I got the machine three months ago.
- Sometimes I wake up with dry mouth/drooling. I have been training myself to keep my mouth closed while I'm sleeping. I've definitely gotten better at it since pre-treatment, but am still doing it occasionally. I use a nasal mask. I tried mouth tape, but I'd drool and loosen the tape and allow air to escape my mouth. Should I try a snore collar?
- Like I mentioned, I use a nasal mask (Philips Wisp). I am a stomach sleeper, occasionally rolling to my side. I bought a sleep pillow with indents in it for apnea users, but I still find myself adjusting my mask in my sleep. When I change position, the mask seal breaks and starts hissing. Any advice on how to reduce mask leaks?

Please provide an OSCAR chart. These things should show up in the data. The OSCAR links in my sig give good explanations if you need help doing so.
