[Equipment] mouth breathing help

mouth breathing help
Does anyone have any suggestions to held prevent mouth breathing? I've only recently started CPAP and am having issues with claustrophobia so am trying nasal masks.
I have a chin strap but find it pretty uncomfortable.

RE: mouth breathing help
Welcome

if the chin strap isn't working for you your next options are mouth tape or a soft cervical collar. sized right it can prevent mouth opening.

have you considered hybrid masks like F40? maybe it wouldn't feel as claustrophobic?

RE: mouth breathing help
I tired a F40 and I had the worst reaction to that one actually, I'm hoping the claustrophobia feeling will lessen when I get used to wearing any type of mask.
I'll try the mouth tape and see how that goes.
