I usually use my Resmed aircurve 10 vauto, but last night I used my backup airsense 10 autoset.  I was experimenting and set my settings to:
Min pressure. 10
Max pressure. 10
Epr full time.   3
Instead of just setting it in cpap , I set it to autoset with the same max and min pressures because I remember reading that the flow rate chart will show(if I remember correctly).
My results was from the sleep report from the machine :
Ahi  3.4
95 pressure 12.7.

My question which I am unable to figure out is how did the pressure go over 10? Is it because it was set to autoset and not cpap?  Still the max was set to 10, I am confused.
Thanks for your time.

RE: Help with last nights results
Post a Screenshot of the daily page and we would be able to see the settings and pressure swings.

If you were using the machine in Auto mode with a Min 10 - Max 10, then the pressure shouldn't move.

RE: Help with last nights results (A10 for her)
I only experimented for a  short time.  Maybe it  is from leaks, but if it is capped at 10 still not understanding this.

RE: Help with last nights results (A10 for her)
It looks like there were two early sessions where the pressure was set slightly higher at about 12cm.
A third session starting at approximately 4:12 with a pressure at 10cm and staying there until 6:03.

This was for a total of 2 hrs sleep time.

The machine is clearly set in Auto Mode 10 min - 10 max.

Not sure what was going on during the first part of the night for aprox. 10 minutes,  but your machine for the 2 hours stayed at 10cm.

Need evaluation of my flow chart (A10 VAuto)
I have been on apap for over 4 years.  I finally got my pressures reigned in that now most nights I have an AHI of less than one with many 0.00.  My leaks are also almost always close to 0.0.  My problem is I don't wake up refreshed, have been to many doctors with no conclusive answer.
When I look at my flow rate, it does not seem to be a smooth flow rate, and wondering if this should be addressed. To me the flow rate graph seems very strange and I can't interpret this.    The one attachment from last night was very unusual with an ahi of 1.0.
Appreciate your comments.

This post seems to be a continuation of your therapy thread, "Help with last nights results". To keep your therapy located in one thread, I am merging this post and your other thread. I will be renaming it to a more generic title, "yankees123 - Therapy Thread".

RE: yankees123 - Therapy Thread
How does one treat these p prolapse?  Could this be why I am not feeling rested?  Why are some with leaks and others not?  Like I said most nights I have no leaks.
