Philip Respironics Trilogy EVO - annbower112597 - 04-08-2023 I AM TRYING TO FIND A PROGRAM THAT WILL LET ME TRACK MY PROGRESS. I WAS A A BI PAP AND COULD USE OSCAR BUT NOT THAT I AM ON A VENTILATOR WITH A FULL FACE MASK I DONT HAVE A SD CARD ANYMORE. I HAVE A WIFI PLUGGED IN THAT TELLS MY DOCTOR BUT NOT ME WHICH I CANT STAND BECAUSE IF IT WASNT FOR ME WATCHING MY STATS I WOULDNT HAVE A VENTILATOR AND I WOULD STILL BE HAVING A AHI OF 50 EVEN WITH A MACHINE AT NIGHT. THANK YOU FOR ANY HELP. RE: Philip Respironics Trilogy EVO - Crimson Nape - 04-08-2023 Hi annbower112597! - Here is an excert from the Philips website: "Some Philips Respironics' therapy devices use an SD card to store patients' therapy data. Trilogy Evo devices use USB drives." I hope this helps. To help you in the future, typing in all capital letters implies that you are shouting. No biggie, just thought you may wish to know. I hope you are successful in getting your data from the Evo and analyzing it. - Red RE: Philip Respironics Trilogy EVO - Jay51 - 04-09-2023 I have a Trilogy Evo also. I tried when I 1st got the Evo to download the data, but it was encrypted. The RT at my DME uses a program called, Care Orchestrater, or something like that, to decipher the encrypted data. Thanks Red for the post also. RE: Philip Respironics Trilogy EVO - Crimson Nape - 04-09-2023 If that is the case, then OSCAR v1.4.0 should be able to read the data. - Red RE: Philip Respironics Trilogy EVO - annbower112597 - 04-09-2023 Thank you for all the advice. I didn’t even think about all caps. I bought a usb hub and will try it today on Oscar and let you know Will that erase the data from the machine? RE: Philip Respironics Trilogy EVO - annbower112597 - 04-09-2023 well i tried to no avail, bummer to because i would really like to know my stats. Any other programs that might work off of a usb port instead of sd card reader? RE: Philip Respironics Trilogy EVO - Jay51 - 04-09-2023 I did some research and only Care Orchestrator can decipher the encrypted Evo data. Philips has a secure log in to access it also. I think Care Orchestrator can only be used by the DME's. I don't think Philips would let any person other than the DME's RT have access to it (from what I understand from what I have read). Sorry about that. RE: Philip Respironics Trilogy EVO - Jay51 - 04-09-2023 If you want to post all of the settings on your Evo, I could look at them. My RT and Pulmonologist helped me understand the settings better. I have had mine for about 15 months now. If you could some how post a sleep study, that would be helpful also (to see if you have OA, CA, hypoventilate, etc.). Please post any data from any other pap machine you have used besides the Evo also. About the only way I could track progress was by using oximetry at night using ODI. ODI correlates highly (around 90% or higher) with AHI. Every drop in SPO2 of 3% or 4% was roughly the same as a single AHI. It is your choice if you want to purchase a nightly oximeter. I hope I have not confused you. RE: Philip Respironics Trilogy EVO - annbower112597 - 04-10-2023 somehow i dont know how to upload the picture so i will tell you what the picture says, i hope this gives you an idea tidal volume 500ml max pressure 50cmH20 epap min/max 5/20 cmH20 ps min/max 5/20 cmH20 pc breath off insp time 1.5s breath rate 14 bpm trigger type auto-trak rise time 2 avaps speed 5 cmH20/min i will find my sleep study tomorrow and see if i can figure out how to post a picture RE: Philip Respironics Trilogy EVO - Jay51 - 04-10-2023 Thank you for posting that. At first I was intimidated by the Evo ventilator, but after using it for awhile now, I like it. It has an almost infinite amount of combinations of settings. If this Evo can't treat you, there may not be another machine made that can (the Resmed Astral possibly). Your setting look very similar to mine. Your EPAP min and max and PS min a max look good. Very capable of treating your OA and hypopneas. CA's probably also with that PS range. You have a breathing rate of 14. That is fine. It will prevent any CA's. Does it feel comfortable to use at night? Any difficulties that you notice with these settings? If you can sleep with these settings, IMO, the Evo should be treating you very capably with these settings. You have a very good tidal volume setting of 500 also. My avaps speed is 5 also, but 3 rise time instead of your 2. I look forward to seeing your sleep study. Do you mind posting your medical history also? This may hold some clues as to the nature of your unique settings currently on the Evo. |
