I am feeling better, still working on different masks, I have it narrowed down to 3! ?

You're approaching 8 hours of continuous therapy, and it looks like you're sleeping and fulfilling the desire expressed in the title of this thread. I am very happy with your progress. I might have to try ASV to see if I can get that good. Sometimes it's helpful to take a look back at where you came from...you've come a long way.

I had my Echocardiogram and I was normal. They said I have a warm heart, but I say it's still cold.
Here are 2 days of data to make sure I am still doing ok. One (I think) looks good. Dated the 20th. The other dated yesterday, not so good.
I am not having as much waking up form the higher pressure that is keeping me breathing. But my chest/lungs feel really dry, so I will work on the humidity. It's low now because it gets humid and wet in the nasal mask if it's up too high. Maybe I will change the temp on the hose. Dunno, I will play around with it.
I was scheduled for an in lab sleep study....I cancelled it. My OCD just won't let me sleep in there. I always take my sheets when we go on vacation for the beds in the hotel room, but they won't let me bring my own sheets to the sleep study. Ok, fine. I won't go then.
Anyway, miss you and I have zero qualifications to help anyone in here. Trust me, that's a good thing I don't try to help.
Ok, talk later. OH!! What is the flow limit. I don't think I ever asked or Googled it.

I don't see any need for a sleep study. You have already proven ASV works nearly perfectly. What's to test? Tell your doctor, it works!

It really is amazing how in one month, I am able to wake up in the morning actually AWAKE!! Best investment for turning my life around! I will check in and look around a little, but your work with looks to be complete. Thank you sir!!
