RE: Little Olive - Therapy Adventure - UnicornRider - 05-06-2024 Can you post a zoomed in ~ 10 minute segments of the blocked in area start about 1 minute before the first event and sequence a couple of views. It looks like ~30 minutes total time. So if you also cover 1 minute after the last event of the end of the block you may have to go 3 screen shots of ~11 to 12 minutes each. That will give us a better view. RE: Little Olive - Therapy Adventure - UnicornRider - 05-06-2024 The Crimson Nape aka Red, did a very good review of the SleepU, see here: https://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread-Product-Review-Wellue-SleepU-Wrist-Pulse-Oximeter?pid=352762#pid352762 RE: Little Olive - Therapy Adventure - Little Olive - 05-06-2024 I was going to earlier, but l got distracted messing about looking for oxymeters. Now lm in bed with.my phone, the budgie and dog are asleep and pc is all turned off so l can't get to Oscar . I will do that in the morning. Time to strap myself in for the night and hope l don't stop breathing! RE: Little Olive - Therapy Adventure - Little Olive - 05-10-2024 Hi all, not been up to much for a few days, just so tired and sleepy. I bought the sleepu , seems awfully cheap, I was worried it might have fallen off the back of a truck and be a bit dodgy but it looks fine. Wow what a super easy setup on my android phone, Ive never had any sort of techo gadget that has been so easy to set up with an incredibly clear and simple little manual to do it all. I haven't tried to set it up on the PC yet, that's for another day. Sleeps have been a bit hopeless, fitbut says more deep sleeps which ha to be good, for years I could usually only get 10 or 20 minutes, now I am getting 50 or 60 minutes. But still numerous wakes, mostly just a few OSAs and lots of CSAs. And still really tired and sore. But looking forward to having a better understanding and hopefully some input, ie being alerted to breathe!, with the oxymeter. RE: Little Olive - Therapy Adventure - UnicornRider - 05-11-2024 Good for you! Downloading the O2 Insight Pro is fairly easy, there is a post that gives a good write up on it. I shall seek it out and post a link. RE: Little Olive - Therapy Adventure - stevew168 - 05-11-2024 If you download the recent files to O2 Insight Pro by connecting your device to your PC with USB, you can import them into OSCAR by clicking on Data, Viacom/Wellue Data and clicking on the files in the directory you use for O2Insight Pro. Make sure you have chosen a download folder that is not hidden. RE: Little Olive - Therapy Adventure - Little Olive - 05-31-2024 Sorry I so rudely disappeared without a word. Ive been sick for ages, and had eye problems so have not been doing computer activities. Just downloading to oscar every day though. Thank you for the info about the 02. It was a breeze to get it going and Ive worn it every night. I hope you are all managing to get some sleep ! RE: Little Olive - Therapy Adventure - UnicornRider - 06-01-2024 We all need to take care of our health, It would be wise to wear the Sleepu during the daytime when you can daytime desaturations are known to happen and will contribute to sleepiness and overall health. Have you been able to import the Sleepu data into OSCAR yet? Post an OSCAR Report when you get a chance. RE: Little Olive - Therapy Adventure - Little Olive - 06-02-2024 I have yet to try putting the wellue on oscar, there is some advice here how to, meanwhile it's all saved on the app. Ive only been woken twice with the buzzing, because of dropping to 89. Mostly nights are in the 90 to 99 range with most of the night in the 95 to 99 range. If I fall asleep or doze wearing the monitor but no cpap, I immediately get the alarm. I can't really wear it during daytime activities because I need to wash my hands a lot, as I have pets that always seem to need some sort of attention, but when I sit down to rest and relax I do put it on and of course everything turns to custard as soon as I completely relax, even if not sleeping. The oscars are a bit depressing and I am still so sleepy. I continue to aways wear the SCC and avoid supine sleep. I have tweaked the settings a few times, back to raising the minimum pressure, and also swapping soft for standard response, without any luck. Last night was not great and in the end in the early morning I had to take the whole thing off because the machine was blowing hard non stop and mask was leaking like mad and I could not tighten it any further without strangulation. I have heard nothing from the sleep clinic who are supposed to support me, but I don't really care, I can wait till the respiratory clinic hospital appointment, must be coming soon! I apologise for the litany of complaint RE: Little Olive - Therapy Adventure - Little Olive - 06-03-2024 This is better. Couldn't face another night of battling the hurricane in my face so I thought what the heck and I set the pressure at 6.6 to 12 . I looked at the history in my machine at the average max pressure for the past 3 months, and also the 95th percentile history on oscar, and it seemed like it was mostly around 10 - 11 so I figured I'd try 12. I also went back to soft, but I can try going to standard again if things go OK for a while at the new pressure settings. Looking at this recording, there is minimum OAs. I hope that if I can get the mask right with no leaks, good comfort level to help with actual sleep, good position with SCC and the right pillow, I could maybe eliminate the obstructives. And maybe in time the centrals would decide to pack up and leave town as well. PS O2 score of 10 with no drops. 96 to 99 all night. Trying to be positive here, |
