Supplier 38 does, too, and they're also having a sale on masks now.   Smile

Thanks All!
I'll check out those suppliers.

Another rough night. Trying all the mask primer tips.
How can I get it right for most of 200 nights and then lose it?!!!
Maybe the sleep tech at the lab tomorrow night can offer some suggestions too.

Dave - my first sleep study, at home...
I slept over 8hrs. Gave them enough data to label it a "false negative" and sent me to the sleep center lab for the "more extensive" testing.
It's just a racket.

Learned today of a different group of pulmonary specialists in my city who sound more inclined to actually be helpful. Gonna try talking with them.

Brazen,

Just a quick note.... In the guide Gideon posted the link to there are also sizing guides for most of the common masks. Use the sizing guide(s) to figure out the correct size mask and pillows. It may save you some headache when deciding on which mask to try from the suppliers.

Thanks, Jeff!

@Brazen
I know it’s a racket. Success is 4 hours use each night. And AHI=5

So, I had my 2nd sleep study a week ago.
The intention was to titrate my cpap.
The tech gave me a F&P Vitera FF mask, which isn't very comfortable but doesn't leak. I don't know if the discomfort affects my sleep or just annoys me.
I haven't heard the results of the sleep study but the tech told me she set the cpap to a fixed 9cmw so I set mine to that.
OSCAR is showing me mixed results.

When I look at the clusters of events they do seem to occur at the same times my FitBit shows me in REM sleep. (Don't know that I trust FitBit data as it has reported asleep time when I know I was awake)
I don't think the clusters are chin tucking, I sleep on my side with a pillow under my chin to keep it up.

If it is REM apnea, how do I improve treatment/reduce disruption?

This is not restful sleep. I couldn't even get out of bed yesterday.
Can't expect to feel better without restful sleep.

Any suggestions?

It bothers me a lot that sleep docs aren’t working on sleep quality.

Isn’t wellness the goal?

If I have to use all this gear it had better work

That’s my thought

(So I used a video camera to record my sleep. Results were so bad I stopped.)

I predict you’ll find a reason and a cure. I hope I’m right
