I tried to read much of it but I may have missed what I will add and if that is true, sorry. ResMed S10 AirSense AutoSet For Her with EPR for $429 US (slightly used) from Supplier #2. (from suppliers list at the top ribbon - shopping cart) It is used but I tried and tried to get a ResMed and could not from my insurance. I had had my old machine for 5 years but "as long as it works it was good" was the insurance stance. So I went to Supplier #2 and bought a slightly used (less than a month) Vauto for 800. Best decision I have made. My therapy has been much better and my sleep improved. If I figure I will own this for 5 years then the cost to me is 44 cents a night. Not a bad investment for feeling better. That's excellent news! RE: Please help with treatment review - DaveL - 08-25-2020 @jaswilliams "RE: Please help with treatment review Dave a Resmed Autoset For Her is classed as a CPAP in Ontario and fully funded by the scheme I think it’s an anomaly but take the benefit of it as you get the machine you want" Passed the sleep doc test. I had my appointment today. As a result he has sent a prescription for a new cpap to my DME. I shall get a ResMed Autoset For Her machine. Then I'll download the Clinician's Manual and get started here! I have a prescription from my Sleep Doc. My DME has a Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset For Her in stock. I get it on Thursday afternoon! DaveL RE: Please help with treatment review - Sleeprider - 08-25-2020 Wow! Finally a shining light to move to the next level of your therapy. Congrats! RE: Please help with treatment review - staceyburke - 08-25-2020 GREAT!! Good for you. RE: Please help with treatment review - DaveL - 08-25-2020 Thanks! And the Post Office handed over my Knightsbridge dual band straps after I paid their ransom....It looks like a great strap. RE: Please help with treatment review - jaswilliams - 08-26-2020 Great progress Dave well done Hi AHI 2.5 - DaveL - 08-27-2020 This was the last night using my S9E (getting my S10 later today.) hypopnea were high. Same mask. Same machine. cpap. Pressure 13 Used the Knightsbridge dual strap Zero leakage again! I started without a pillow. Sometime during the night I started using the pillow. Its a contoured cpap pillow. Please help. How can I reduce hypopnea? edit: I read the information for beginners. It's so well done! One article said it's a partial restriction of airflow. As a baby engineer I leaned to ask questions when solving a problem. 1. Did it ever work? 2. If yes, what's changed? Two nights ago was beautiful. Woke up well rested. NO LEAKAGE! with the Knightsbridge dual strap. First night I used it. AHI=0.4 Last night: AHI was 2.5. And I felt awful waking up. Similar length of sleep. NO LEAKAGE; the Knightsbridge dual strap is incredible. What's changed? Two nights ago I went to bed; no pillow. That's unusual. However, I do it every once in a while. 0.4 Last night: 2.5. During the night I woke up and put my pillow under my head. It's a firm, old "cpap" pillow. I put my head on it, and rolled on my side. I move a lot at night. I have no idea when I moved, or how often. When I woke up I was sleeping on my back. (That's normal. Goes back to when I broke my left shoulder. I try to sleep on my back.) RE: Please help with treatment review - Sleeprider - 08-27-2020 We usually reduce hypopnea by increasing pressure support (EPR) to knock out flow limitation and sometimes an increase in pressure. Your last couple charts have had the event detail rather than the details in the left pane. That is the information we need for settings and respiratory statistics.
