You guys are the best. I am back to using tylenol so should have a better ahi from now on. All of a sudden 6.0 is looking good. I am thinking it takes a while for it to completely get out of your system. Tylenol shouldn't be a problem, right?

No, Tylenol should be fine. Glad the pain subsided!
When you get the chance, discuss this with your GP. Have a plan in place for if this happens again and you need pain medication again. There's a lot of different types out there now but docs tend to just use the same ones over and over. You and your GP can have alternatives in place so that the Great Specialist doesn't have to think, bless their hearts.

Never take a higher dose than prescribed or recommended on the container.
I think Tylenol (acetaminophen) can seriously harm the kidneys and liver if overused.
