I really like the nasal pillows but they irritate my nose after using it over a consecutive period of days. What helps out is that I rotate the nose mask and nasal pillows throughout the week. I use the nose mask on the weekends and it gives my nose holes a break from the pillows. I use the nasal pillows during the week because I have problems sleeping during the week and nasal pillows are best for me to sleep well.

Hammered nose feeling? Make sure your machine is set to the proper setting. When switching between a full face mask, nasal mask or pillows....make sure the setting is updated on machine.

Mecheta, try the next larger set of nasal pillows.

Im having the exact same “punched in the nose” feeling as well. I will give the sizing up to Large a shot and hope it helps
