When they report findings, is for a group overall. That isn't the same as saying no one gets improvement from the intervention. I've tried to sleep on my back for ages but I cannot fall asleep even if its quite comfortable. That section won't bend nor twist any more, so you may have to improvise some cushioning around those areas and watch out for trying to twist. (I spent a summer recovering from a Harrington rod fixation of a spinal fusion of 8 thoracic vertebrae.) |
