RE: Best method for Heart Rate monitoring/correlation - HLApB - 08-28-2017 Thank you. I see the graphs now. But, I have another issue correlating the the data. Today I first loaded the data into Sleepyhead from the SD card of my Dreamstation APAP. Everything appeared properly in Sleephead including reporting useage of 8 hours 6 minutes. Then I connected my CMS50F (firmware 3.8) to my computer and directly loaded the oximetry data into Sleepyhead. Now Sleepyhead shows 21 hours 50 minutes of use. I started the oximeter recording at the same time as I began my dreamstation and also ended my recording at the same time as the dreamstation. The internal clock of the oximeter is set correctly. Any ideas about what is happening? RE: Best method for Heart Rate monitoring/correlation - Crimson Nape - 08-28-2017 There seems to be GMT time shift when preforming a direct import. If you use SpO2 Assistant to import the data then use the .spo2 file it will align. One note on this; You can't import the file from the SpO2 Assist data directory. You will need to copy it to another location like "My Documents". |
