This looks like well-distributed obstructive sleep apnea that is simply a matter of increasing minimum pressure. I don't see positional apnea clusters or other issues, but the Philips machines are notoriously too slow to respond to obstructive events not preceded by significant flow limits or snores. A minimum pressure of 7.0 for now will help, but I think you will ultimately require 8.0 minimum.
