I have the CareFusion Ruby Stop Snoring Chin Strap, size is regular. its the only one i ever tried and I think its OK if you get the right size. For me, its not the most comfortable way to go to sleep but it does work and once i'm asleep i do fine. There are many other styles available if you search on something like "cpap chin strap for sleep apnea" or "anti-snore chin strap."
