I had the same problem as you with nasal pillows,CAN'T KEEP MY MOUTH SHUT. A year ago I gave up and went full face and have not looked back, i also have occasional nasal problems so could not use a nasal mask for that reason also.
I tried several ffm and finally landed on the F20 when it came out, liked it very much then they cam out with the F20  air touch (padded mask).  It is perfect and because of the memory foam I do not have to tighten it down as much to prevent leaks.  My only complaint is if I get an itch on my face it is a pain to scratch it,  Today I called VA to order a new mask and water tank also asked if they had the NEW Dreamwear Full Face mask (did not expect much as it is so new and VA is slow to get new things). To my surprise they had the Dreamwear rep their giving a demo on the product and the VA supplier had added it to their list already.  So she ordered me the new Dreamwear and a new F20.  Could be a week or 2 months before I get it but I agreed to call them with a review after I tried it out.  The VA has been great for a free service.
Anyway, the F20 Airtouch is great for me and I recommend you also look at the Dreamwear Full Face and read a couple of reviews on it

My issue is similar. My teeth seem to stay together, but I have "loose lips" and they let go... Tape works, but not a good long term solution.

How has the durability of the memory foam seal been? I've seen some reports that it fails early at the bridge of the nose...

I have been using the F20 for over a year.  Very durable, only issue is it gives me red marks on the bridge of my nose.  The airtouch was very comfortable but for me I had problems with leaks.

Ron, No matter what anybody says about a mask here, there's no way of knowing if it will work for you. I hate to say it but until you try them yourself you won't know.
I use the P10 but I'm always looking for the FFM that will work for me. I hate taping. I just got the Dreamwear Full face mask today and I'll be trying that out. One's I've tried are Resmed airfit, airtouch, Amara View, and the Simplex. For pillows I've tried Dreamwear, Brevida and Nuance Pro. The P10 has beat them all except for the mouth leaks. So tonight the next victim, ah I mean challenger is up.

Excellent point by Walla Walla. IMO due to the many variables a person's face presents, it's the most difficult part to get right in CPAP therapy. It's also the most important aspect as well, because it contributes directly to comfort, leaks, and usage. Get the mask right, the rest falls into place. But you get the mask wrong, nothing but trouble.

I use the F20 AirFit and AirTouch cushions, but the AirFit is better for me. Both in Small. Emergency duty only now is the Amara View mask. This new Dreamwear is on my "to try" list in the future.

It has been great.  When I first read and they said replace every 30 days it kind of turned me off, but I have been using my current one for over 4 months and it is still going strong, at 3 mos I ran it thru my ultrasonic cleaner for an hour and it is like new again (no head gear, just the foam portion).  Best mask for me so far.

I've been looking at the F20 because of the way it seals. I could never get the Simplus to not leak. I'd be tempted to use the Dreamwear FFM except for all those silicone hoses on my face.

Good comments. My son uses a CPAP and I asked him what he uses. It turns out he has the Mirage Quattro, and a spare old one that I can try in my size. I plan to give it a go tonight. If I like it, I will order one. If not, it is back to the drawing board...

I never liked the ones with a strap across the forehead (old technology), that is what they gave me from the sleep study,  You will find that the less straps and intrusions the better.  Good luck, if you don't have a good mask you won't use it much - the mask is the key
