I have Medicare and Medicaid. Neither request compliance data. However, Medicaid is different between states so could be your state requires compliance.

But to drag this on topic, I don't look at the screen on purpose (as in to view the data). But the brightness of it when I turn it off attracts me like most shinies do.

As far as I know, when Medicaid is used as a "Medigap" filler policy, the Medicare rules apply instead. And Medicare seems to be quite lenient about compliance and such matters, which is probably a good thing.
