RE: Two weeks in, how am I doing - Gary1of2 - 06-11-2018 The mask is not supposed to be tight . The air is supposed to get the seal to seal . It should be just tight enough to stop leaks. RE: Two weeks in, how am I doing - Sleeprider - 06-11-2018 Perry, the latest results sound pretty good. Maybe we will let that stand for a day or two before making further changes. AHI of 1.5, evenly distributed between CA, OA and H is pretty good. I suspect you will end up trying 9.0 and making a decision based on a comparison with 8.5, so having additional data at this setting is probably a good idea. RE: Two weeks in, how am I doing - perryw - 06-16-2018 Here's a few more days at 8.5. The average AHI has gone down to 1.79. https://imgur.com/a/Ypb8xTE RE: Two weeks in, how am I doing - perryw - 06-18-2018 I raised it to 9.0 for last night and had the lowest AHI so far at 1.1. I did make the call on a pressure of 9.0 earlier in post #15 above. RE: Two weeks in, how am I doing - perryw - 06-18-2018 Yea, with all the bad luck I've had I'm surprised I've taken to this so well. I'm glad that going around the insurance company and such has worked out. |
