Hi RumbleRumble, Welcome to the ApneaBoard.
It is early days to go tampering with your machine settings, however the clusters might be sleeping on your back or tucking your chin towards your chest when sleeping or maybe both. I have been using CPAP for over 20yrs and still get odd nights where i have a higher number of apneas. Maximum I have had is 6 so far with this new machine, but I have had 0.0AI as well, so with you having such a low score, I would keep things as they are at the moment. Though you could try a collar is you get a lot of clusters. Failing that you could try putting up the low pressure slightly, 9 or 10, but I would wait to see how things go, as a new user you are doing very well as it is, so keep it as is for now. If you do put the low up in future, keep an eye open for changes and maybe even other events creeping in. With your score at the moment I would leave it for a while to see what happens.

Good for you. Maybe there is hope for me.

Thank you all.

Last night AHI was 4.21. As you can see, all events are clustered in two slots: one at 2 AM and a second one right after 7 AM.

I remember perfectly that I changed position from back to right side at 7 AM because my wife got up from bed at that time. It looks like sleeping on either of my sides generates more events than sleeping on my back. Strange... I'm receiving soft cervical collars next week. Let's see if that helps with the positional apneas.

AHI rate is still low and I had another good night of sleep. So far, so good...

Thanks again,

Rumble.

If you feel refreshed in the morning I wouldn't do anything for at least a month, give yourself a chance to settle in.
For a new user you are doing very well.

Will do, thanks a lot.

Hello,

First night wearing a cervical collar and Resmed P10 pillows. Settings were Min 9, Max 20, EPR 3.

Cervical collar did a good job in keeping the mouth shut; leaks are under control. I may leave the Mirage Quattro FFM resting in a drawer for a long time.

First time I see CAs but the number is so low that shouldn't be concerning, I think.

Thanks.

That is an example of good results and probably restful. Congrats and glad it's working out.
