Thank you Carl for taking the time to respond!  That sounds promising.  My only concern is potential side effects of a steroid.  After 13 years have you ever had any problems?

I haven't seen experienced anything related to the nasal steroids, Mark.  Certainly no rebound congestion or anything like that.  I don't take them 365 days a year, but they do offer me substantial relief on a seasonal basis.

But in the interest of fairness, let me grab the insert that came with my current spray.

Let's see...[ahem]

Side effects may include:

delusions of grandeur
projectile vomiting
liking the kazoo
Earl Grey coming out of your nose at 8 in the morning
mild heart explosions
redundancy
uncontrollable flatulence with oily spotting
ramndo dylsexia
redundancy
inability to identify Coke vs. Pepsi
spontaneous dental hydroplosion
urgent public micturation
sudden and unexplained cursing in baby voice

Gee...sure hope they didn't forget anything.
