"I was struggling to find the right pressures, maybe pressures too high. Or maybe puzzle dreams, like I am lost in a maze or large building and trying to get in or out"

these are some of the kinds of dreams I associated with my apnea, struggling to breathe before cpap. bumping up against some kind of boundary (physical or otherwise, like failing to solve a problem); repetitious trial & error trying to find a way out or complete something. I also frequently dreamt I was under water, surprised to be able to 'sip' just enough air to survive. not much of these post cpap though, leading me to think they were related to apnea, & waking more often to breathe contributed to remembering them. for me, apnea dreams are repetitious - within the dream & from night to night.
