Any reason in particular to keep the epap at 10? With an ASV it is not necessary unless you feel air starved at a lower epap. I would be looking at an epap of 3 and a min PS of 3 to give an epap of 6 what was your settings before ASV ?

EPAP min 10
EPAP max 13
PSMin 2
PSMax 10

Those are the settings that my sleep dr. set when I went on the ASV. They worked great and my AHI was down to a 2.0 to 0.0. Everything was great then I started to not feel very rested about 6 months into the ASV therapy.

Here is the big secret...your AHI matters less than comfort and sleep quality.

I don't disagree. In the beginning I would feel less tired when my AHI was low and more fatigued when it was high. In the last few months however it seems that if I have events I feel more rested and have more energy through out the day. I just have to convince my sleep Dr. that something is not right. The article that foxfire posted about pressure cycling with the ASV could be what is happening to me as well. Dont-know  Anyway hear is last nights chart.

I haven't had this many events in a while so it will be interesting to see how I feel today.  lots-o-coffee

I have atypical vestibular migraines - descending cortical depression without headache, with vertigo, and with visual disturbances.

So, I've done some reading about this in various health sites, such as PubMed, Medscape, and the Merck Manual.

What I have learned:
Vitamin B-2, 400 mg helps some
Magnesium, 400 mg helps some
CoQ10, 400 helps some
A calcium channel blocker helps some - ex diltiazem, nifedipine
Certain anti-seizure meds helps some - ex topiramate, lamotrigine, etc.
Botox helps some

Sleep apnea can make it worse for some.

You may want to see a headache specialist/neurologist for these.
