I would confuse them easily, even if the MicroSD clearly says Scandisk (brand name) and the other clearly says ResMed. I'll leave it to those who are more organized. Weird thing though. When I powered up SleepyHead it reported my brief brush with the Philips REMstar whereas ResScan never mentioned it.
