Hey fellas.
It has been almost 30 days since I last reported in. I wanted to let you know that I seem to be doing a little better throughout the night. I will post an updated OSCAR page soon. Thanks for the pointers and help.

That's a great update!!!!
And what a shame that the DME refused to configure your machine to your doctor's Rx. Just goes to show that particular DME is only in it for the money. And it also goes to show how idiotic that is, since surely (we know they do) they make good money off the monthly supplies that surely you'd be needing.
