I suspect that the mask you have is a Dreamwear nasal which is an excellent mask but it needs to be adjusted correctly to do it's job. (It's the mask that revolutionised my therapy). It sounds as if you have pulled the straps too tight and loosening them will give you an immediate improvement. All you need is for the nasal mask to sit just under your nostrils. If you don't have the Dreamwear then let us know what model mask you have. Yes, I did adjust the tightness but not too lose (else the air will escape) & it helps a bit. Would it be more comfortable if I get an extra large mask? |
