You would need to redo the 2 minute zoom image. It is not showing the Flow Rate graph. The second chart shows about 56% leaks, far too high to get proper therapy out of any machine. Some aspect regarding leaks is needing corrected ASAP.

Quote:So not sure if these two things are related, but my biggest issue/concern is having so many strong apneas while trying to fall asleepthat jolt me awake, I can't fall asleep for hours.

@JonnyCPAP, I have experienced similar incidents while just falling asleep.  Sometimes it would be gasping for air, sometimes a feeling of falling, and sometimes an electric shock.  They all caused an abrupt awakening, usually with a gasp.  Been happening to me for many years.  After a bunch of tests and a few specialists I was told it was a "Hypnagogic Jerk" (aka: Hypnic Jerk, Sleep Start, or Myoclonus) and was unrelated to my apnea/respiratory issues.  They don't show up as anything in my APAP data, other than possibly a deeper inhalation from the gasp. Typically they are harmless, albeit scary.
The key is it only happens just as I am about to fall asleep.  If it happens after I have been asleep for a while then it is likely due to an apnea and will show up in my APAP data.

It may be worth asking your Dr about it.  I am not a medical professional, just sharing my personal experience with this phenomenon.

You can search any of the above terms fo more info.  A couple to look at:

https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/myoclonus/symptoms-causes/syc-20350459

As others have mentioned, your leaks are severe so it is impossible to say if anything is going on or not.  Try to get those under control and you may see better data in your charts.
