Last night I experienced an immense amount of leaks so I will reduce the min-EPAP again, probably to the default and try out a week like you're saying. I don't feel any different from the previous day. I'm aware my central apneas seem to have been sleep-transition in my initial sleep-study, but I was also of the belief I had treatment-emergent central apnea while on APAP as my AHI shot up immensely and didn't decline with a month's usage. Yes I bought the ASV out-of-pocket from Supplier #2. Link Removed I do believe I have UARS based on my high RERA count of index 20 but no one diagnosed me with it as might be expected. What other machines are recommended for UARS? I think I initially fell asleep before I put my mask on and then woke up around middle morning and put it on, although I slept until about 1 pm.
