Leave it a week to get used to it and then review. Looking at your earlier graphs, you do not have Central Apnoea but more likely sleep transition CA’s did you buy this ASV out of your own pocket ? It would be good to keep all of your treatment questions in one place so we don’t need to go hunting.
An ASV works very well on its default settings and we don’t normally recommend anything much different than the defaults unless your trying to treat UARS and other sleep conditions with an ASV which may not be optimum.

Last night I experienced an immense amount of leaks so I will reduce the min-EPAP again, probably to the default and try out a week like you're saying. I don't feel any different from the previous day.
I'm aware my central apneas seem to have been sleep-transition in my initial sleep-study, but I was also of the belief I had treatment-emergent central apnea while on APAP as my AHI shot up immensely and didn't decline with a month's usage. Yes I bought the ASV out-of-pocket from Supplier #2. Link Removed
I do believe I have UARS based on my high RERA count of index 20 but no one diagnosed me with it as might be expected. What other machines are recommended for UARS?
I think I initially fell asleep before I put my mask on and then woke up around middle morning and put it on, although I slept until about 1 pm. Last night:
