It is a balancing act between central apneas and Obstructive events. What improves Centrals tends to increase obstructive events. While we dont want central events, or obstructive events for that matter, a few central events will not hurt you.
On these charts I'm not seeing any significant positional events.
Changes from this point need to be based more on how you feel, your symptoms, much more than your numbers.
So how do you feel, Be critical?

This is the Central versus Obstructive, flow limit, etc. teeter-totter dilemma. Addressing Central brings up Obstructive events, including flow limits and then vice versa. It sounds like you need to address flow limits more than Centrals. Turn EPR back on and adjust your settings for best comfort not best numbers. Less than 1 AHI isn't the goal, again best comfort is your goal.
