After trying a few different settings, I still haven't gotten much better.  Attached is the latest Oscar screenshot.  Any suggestions?

Chin tucking!!!

Then we can look at your central apnea. It is likely that it is treatment-emergent which typically significantly decreases after 2-3 months on its own.
