Daily charts, if you have been changing them in OSCAR click on "View / Reset Graphics / Standard" to reset the charts to a standard order. This order was specifically chosen to provide the best charts for initial/daily review. F12 does some minor reformating for the screen shot then restores it after.

OP (Inure) mentions the CAs occur in "clusters" - his word. Makes me wonder whether positional apnea could be involved, and perhaps a cervical collar would help. I understand that OSCAR charts need to come first, also understand SarcastidDave's comment about treatment-emergent CAs. Still, the word "clusters" makes me wonder.

I will give my 2 cents. You have 2 main problems.
First are centrals. People including me have found that the trigger of high or very high has brought the number down.
The other problem is flow limits (they are obstructive apnea just as are OA and H events). We help those with increased PS. yours is only 1.6 and can be raised.
The trouble with this is increased PS can cause more treatment emergents (centrals).
We should do both but only one at a time to see how it works. So my suggestion is to try the trigger set to high for a night and see how that helps.

If you have data from your old dreamstation it would be good to see that as well to be able to compare to.

Stacey, I think you missed in my OP that trigger was changed to high and then to very high already.
I also don't understand why you consider median FL of 0 and 95% FL of 0.04 to be an issue. It was my understanding anything under 0.05 there is good.

I had a System One. I have 8 years worth of data from that machine. Not sure what you want. Just a random night?

Is positional apnea relevant for CA's or just obstructions? I have no idea.

Post up what you would consider to be a representative night of data on your old machine.
In other words if your average ahi on that machine was 2 post a night like that and not one that was 0 or 10.
If the data you posted from new machine wasn't average result then post another example of it. If you want post a few examples of each of you aren't sure what to post.

Usually only obstructive but in rare cases the machine can mistakenly flag the apnea.
If your ahi on previous machine was always good and only changed on this new machine positional would be unlikely. Did you change mask or anything else when changing machines?

Used Simplus from late 2013 until present except for the first 9 weeks on new machine (Vitera). The Vitera is less comfortable but does seal better at higher pressures. Have been back on the Simplus for 3+ weeks, need to change the seal though. lol.
My AHI was 'okay'. The first couple years it was under 1. Gradually crept up to the range of high 2's to low 3's. CA's were roughly half the total most of the last 4-5 years. Did try straight CPAP (but with A-flex) for about 18 months at Dr's suggestion. Could never use w/o some support.
Will post some typical nights including one from CPAP era.
