I've been asking the Q since I got mine, Feb 2021!! When it is TIGHT I have good seal results and few events per hour. My only concern is about long term use perhaps leaving marks on my nose. I've always been cursed with a large schnozer.
Also I was getting sores on back of my head from being so tight. I cut down a Microfbre and they went away.

I have Airlift 20 and like it a lot. Tried the Simplus it just didn't seem to seal against my face. I do need to retry it!
