RE: Wondering What Is Going On - CorruptAlligator - 12-31-2021 Mouth leaks? I notice short duration leaks that peaks and at .25% large leak. Do you get woken up with mouth leaks? I see that you are using a nasal mask. I don't see your high max pressure causing issues (although it's probably better to reduce it to reasonable level) because your flow limitations doesn't trigger high pressure spikes. RE: Wondering What Is Going On - cstone1999 - 02-16-2022 Still having trouble keeping the mask on all night. Recently got a bipap to see if I was expiratory pressure intolerant but the same thing happens. I have also tried taping the mask to my face but the tape I used isn't strong enough to wake me up I guess. Does anyone know what these are? What you posted examples of are arousals, some of them do appear to have a flow limitation appearance before them indicating they may be RERAs. EPR (on autoset) or PS (on bilevel) are what would treat these if they are RERAs. Whether trying either of your machines I would use EPR or PS of 3 as a starting point then depending on results can consider other changes. |
