@Ptae4 Some good points in your comment, thanks. While humidifier tank never runs out of water it gets fairly low. Will fill to highest marking and see if that makes any difference. Just like with weather, warm air can hold more moisture/humidity so unlikely I will lower my temperature. I recently increased humidity setting to a higher number and still do not have any rain out with heated hose. The points you raise are fundamental ones, like seeing if the computer is plugged in and turned on before looking for more exotic solutions.
