The original storage location of the data files is:

Code:
/Users/YourUserNameHere/Library/Containers/com.viatom.O2PCViewer-BLE/Data/Library/Application Support/O2_Insight_Pro/DATA/SerialNumber/

Recently another user reported finding it here:

Code:
/Users/YourUserNameHere/Library/Containers/O2_Insight_Pro/Data/Library/Application Support/O2_Insight_Pro/DATA/SerialNumber/

The developers of the O2 Insight Pro software have been known to change their mind.  Nothing we can do about that.

You don't need to use the code in Terminal.  The instructions in the wiki were made for Finder (Mac's file manager).  There is nothing to extract, it's just where the files are saved. You can then import them into OSCAR.

1.Install O2 Insight on Mac. (Free - get from App Store)
2. Import to O2 Insight on Mac via bluetooth - do not use system bluetooth, do it from within the app.
3. Find where O2 Insight has stored the data files on your Mac. The location given on the this thread & on the Wellue/Viacom site appears to have changed - see thread linked below.

You will need to use Command-Shift-G to access the hidden library on the Mac.

I see Jeff8536 has already put the new data storage location on Mac above, but I'll leave this here because I did find it confusing initially as to whether I had to upload data from the ring to Phone app to OSCAR, or direct to OSCAR or to the laptop & then into OSCAR.
