We didn't do anything. It was working the whole time for the rest of us. It might have been something going on between your PC and the server here. Who knows.

yes crazy two different days but im glad it is working and I am in. now i can be compliant with my DOT :-).

Ask your DOT if you can use OSCAR to demo compliance. To accept OSCAR is their choice. If OSCAR is missing something they need let us know.
