RE: New to cpap - Oscar data. Any changes? - staceyburke - 08-01-2023 Not terrible but I would try min 8 and see if that helps. RE: New to cpap - Oscar data. Any changes? - Sleeprider - 08-01-2023 If you are an active sleeper and at risk for pulling the machine, you should use a tube-holder so that the tube rises from the machine and descends to your sleeping position. A 3M Command Hook is ideal for hanging the CPAP tubing, and you can use a lanyard or other loop of string to hang the tube from the hook. I have my machine in a bedside drawer with a 2-inch hole in the back for the tubing and power. This isolates any noise and eliminates any possibility of pulling the machine off. I agree with advise to increase minimum pressure to 8.0. Your therapy time and efficacy is improving. RE: New to cpap - Oscar data. Any changes? - Flspearfisher - 08-01-2023 Thanks. Made the change. Will report back tomorrow! RE: New to cpap - Oscar data. Any changes? - Flspearfisher - 08-02-2023 Well slept half a night with it but I guess I took it off. Card showed there was no data… could the unit be damaged after I flipped it over and water got in? Will try again tonight. RE: New to cpap - Oscar data. Any changes? - Flspearfisher - 08-03-2023 Full nights rest last night. Does the data show the machine turning off because the last 1.5 hours not showing up in data and I felt like machine was off. Don't feel very rested even though was the best night I've had with it. Oscar data attached. Anything I should change? [attachment=52805] [attachment=52806] RE: New to cpap - Oscar data. Any changes? - Flspearfisher - 08-03-2023 Even on the sessions its showing it turned off even though I didn't get up until 6am. [attachment=52807] RE: New to cpap - Oscar data. Any changes? - Sleeprider - 08-03-2023 There are leak spikes at the session breaks that suggest the machine may have detected a leak and shut-down. It's not normal for this machine to shut down on such brief small leaks, but also not unknown. Change the autostart settings so that the machine requires a button push to turn on and off. Will make that change. Keep everything else the same? RE: New to cpap - Oscar data. Any changes? - Sleeprider - 08-03-2023 Nothing I can think of to change. On your posted charts please be sure to minimize the monthly calendar so more data shows up. RE: New to cpap - Oscar data. Any changes? - Flspearfisher - 08-07-2023 Last nights data. Still feel exhausted. Any changes? Appreciate the help! [attachment=52939] [attachment=52940] |
